“Thorough a series of unfortunate incidents involving my dogs, the ocean and a pair of loose-fitting gym shorts I found myself without a phone while on vacation in Nags Head. I looked up the closest T-Mobile store and cringed at the thought of driving over an hour away while trying to relax. The folks at this store got me completely setup and restored all my data as well as whatever magic they had to work on the backend to make it all happen. They did this all in about 40 minutes. Can't thank them enough for saving my vacation. Next time I'll duct tape it to an appendage.”

“Had been with US Cellular for more than a decade but left them due to poor service in VA. I'm back with them now and the cellular and data reception in VA is substantially better than it was back in 2014 due to increasing the partnership with presiding providers in that market. Also, data roaming is now free. US Cellular has always been great as far as rural coverage in NENC. I've always thought this particular store was very welcoming. You'll save a ton over Verizon and have comparable savings to Sprint but with better reception!”
