I participated in the little black dress project for a three week session with a goal of 10 lbs. In this three week session I learned meal discipline and how to prepare meals in advance along with the tough workout sessions. This experience has pushed me out of my comfort zone. It was nice to see how many people love 5:30 am workouts. Donnie knows how to switch routines and it's never a dull moment. You will receive the total body workout in a great environment with motivated people and an excellent coach. I reached my GOAL���. Thanks Donnie
