“I LOVE this store! I stock up on Eukanuba there. Petco has been well stocked in the past, but it seems to have a whole new atmosphere now. I love the helpful staff. They love my Beau and fuss over him. They genuinely care about the pets they stock too, giving me and my kids a tour of the pet section, talking to the animals, calling some of them by name. It is absolutely not true that the reptiles are neglected and in bad shape. They are clean and seem to be content and healthy. It makes me sad anyone would say this. Did they want to keep the lizards from being adopted? I had my eye on a green cheeked conure but he was sold yesterday. I was sad but the manager was happy he now has a family. Good for her. Highly recommend.”
“Great customer service for their 2-legged and 4-legged customers. Could use a second cashier. Wait time to checkout can be long. I was charged for a larger item than what I eas originally purchasing due to the item not having a sticker on it, not what I wanted but the cashier was swamped so I ended up with the larger item.”
