Petco as accomodating to keep me abreast of the schedule to pick up Tyler right on time as I lived about 15 miles from the store. Additionally, the store has different pet accessories that are advanced in this new pet care world.”
“Great customer service for their 2-legged and 4-legged customers. Could use a second cashier. Wait time to checkout can be long. I was charged for a larger item than what I eas originally purchasing due to the item not having a sticker on it, not what I wanted but the cashier was swamped so I ended up with the larger item.”

“I've used Eastern Pet Company for many years, with the exception of when I moved further away. The store is always neat & clean, & adequately stocked...unless everyone panic buys before a major weather event. Clay is wonderful! He's a very kind, patient, soft-spoken individual, always willing to help in whatever way he can. If there's something you need, he's willing to order it for you. Prices for items that I've needed have consistently been lower than those at the big-name national stores, which helps in today's economy. They also have boarding facilities which other family members have utilized with positive experiences. Well worth the time and patronage.”
