“They are the best. Mark is always willing to answer my questions, assist me with prescription adjustments, and discuss possible side effects. Another pharmacist was also great to work with when my son wouldn't take his medicine. He gave us other options like flavored, liquid vs pill, etc. I really appreciate them going the extra mile. They understand that people are not just picking up medicine but are also dealing with the health behind the medicine.”
“Shout out to Andrew in the pharmacy. I watched him navigate through at least 15 folks, at least 50+ years old, use the kiosk to get their prescriptions. He handled everyone with patience and courtesy. Some were not as pleasant to him. Exceptional customer service! It is so nice to see a young man working in a hectic environment treat everyone with the utmost respect. Way to go Andrew, I believe you will be very successful in all that you want to accomplish in life. Thank you for the great experience!”
“I had to call the pharmacy today regarding an issue and to my surprise the actual Pharmacist Emily answered the phone and was so helpful, friendly and even better was able to resolve the issue! She helped me herself, didnt pass me on to someone else, even though a tech could have helped. It was nice that someone at a high level took the time to help.We are lucky to have a local pharmacist that cares.”
“I’ve noticed a great improvement with getting my prescriptions filled over the last month or two. Used to have to wait all day and now they’re getting filled usually within a hour or two and everyone’s smiling and pleasant when I go in. Kudos! Keep it up!”
