Thorough a series of unfortunate incidents involving my dogs, the ocean and a pair of loose-fitting gym shorts I found myself without a phone while on vacation in Nags Head. I looked up the closest T-Mobile store and cringed at the thought of driving over an hour away while trying to relax. The folks at this store got me completely setup and restored all my data as well as whatever magic they had to work on the backend to make it all happen. They did this all in about 40 minutes. Can't thank them enough for saving my vacation. Next time I'll duct tape it to an appendage.

Tapanga and Jason were awesome in the Elizabeth City store. They both were very patient and helpful with activating my lines and making sure we had all the knowledge we needed. Thanks so much Tapanga with making sure we transferred and and set everything up and even made sure we new what to do to process our trade ins. You all have a awesome team and work very well together.

I had an awesome experience at t-mobile with Jason Goetz & Tapange Miller from the time I reached the store until they finished working with us. They were very professional and they know their job. We couldn’t have ask no better employees to assist us. Everything that they told us was the truth. If it was something that Tapange didn’t know she would get Jason to assist her. Tapange had issues with her computer she didn’t stop she would take the extra mile until her computer started back up. They gave above and beyond customer service and they really worked as a team. They made us feel right at home no matter how long it took they treated us superior. If you plan to do phone service with t- mobile please ask for Tapange Miller or Jason Goetz. They have each others back from the beginning of the transaction to the end. When you leave you will be glad you went there.we are in Elizabeth City NC location.

Saving so much money by switching. The recent add was a sync up watch for my kindergartener. Price couldn't be beat! And service with Jason is always a pleasure! Panga also helped and was incredible too! I switched to Tmobile originally because of Jason's customer service.

Needed to get a SIM for my new phone since my previous phone had an eSIM. Walked in a little after 10am, very nice young lady helped me, no one else was in the store, she needed my phone number and my driver license, she needed to take picture of the front and back of my driver license. While I went to my vehicle to get my driver license, she went in the back to get a SIM for my phone. She installed the SIM into my phone and said that it would be activated in 10 minutes. Walked out of the store a very satisfied customer.Needed to return my T-Mobile Home Internet 5G Gateway device, since I had 15 days to try it FREE of cost. Nice young lady was helping someone else, she went in the back and asked her coworker to help me. I had to leave the store and return and her coworker was sitting at the table like he was waiting for me to return to the store. He took the device that I returned, processed it and gave me a receipt. Nice spacious store and T-Mobile products and services definitely being sold here.

I called T-Mobile about 3pm talked with Jake , I told him I was coming at 4pm to get my free t-mobile tumbler , I ended up losing track of time and ending up getting there @8:22pm (they closed at 8, I didn’t know) I tucked on the door it was locked I then called just to try my luck & JAKE answered I explained to him that I was the one that had called etc etc he was so polite even though it was time for him to get off he comes and unlock the door with not 1 BUT 2 cups in his hands and said “thank you for being a loyal customer” I smiled so hard!! Go check jake out he’s awesome & goes above and beyond for his customers!

I went in to trade up for a new phone and Ken and Kayla were very helpfull team members who made this a smooth easy process. They were kind and patient and even stayed later to assist me and my sister. However, I had a slight upset with an employee named Jake. My brother came into get the same upgrade two days before me on the same line. Jake misinformed and sold a phone to my brother under false understanding on how much he would be spending. My brother is now paying a couple hundred dollars more than anticipated based on what was discussed.

Jake was very helpful today.We went to the store in Chesapeake, VA and the salesman reeked of Marijuana and was telling us misinformation.We left and tried to order phones online and come to find out, they ended up canceling our order without us knowing.Came to Elizabeth City location today and Jake hooked us up and was very friendly!

I stopped in this location as I was traveling through on vacation,I came in figuring I was going to have to purchase a new phone,That was not the case at all,Jake and Jessica had me up and running in 10 min flat at no out of pocket expense, These two are awesome and I would highly recommend this store to anyone,Thanks you guys for the great conversation and excellent service,

Worst experience of my life. 5 employees and 4 of them standing around doing absolutely nothing. 1 shoveling food in their mouth. And I stood there for 15 minutes with not one lazy RUDE incompetent "employee" bothering to acknowledge my existence. A simple "be rught with you" would have been appropriate.I had driven 45 min to get to the nearest tmobile only to drive all the way home....without a replacement phone. I had to wait 5 days, even with overnight delivery, to get a replacement due to the store incompetence.I will drive to Chesapeake from now on. Whoever was "working" (and i use term working very loosely here) in that store 2/24/23 can go screw themselves. Seriously, go screw yourself.
