I got the Graph-X4 wash but there were still stains on my windshield and paint. I came back right away and they gave me a second wash free of charge but my car is still dirty. Mind you my car is barely a month out of a detailed cleaning from my dealership. Today is my first and last time at Tidal Wave, unfortunately.

Nice place, efficient, pleasant employees, BUT equipment is NOT always up to par. Have tried to reach HDQTRS. to no avail. Some damage to vehicle, but employees will not acknowledge. Hmmmmm.

They are “not responsible” for the damage to this brand new truck on the tailgate. Had to file insurance claim, do not take your vehicles there !
