I had an appointment at 1pm. My associate recognized me and took my keys. He showed me the waiting room. While waiting, another customer engaged me in conversation, which distracted me from my phone. It took about an hour to replace the AC filter. Unfortunately, they did not turn the light off. I will need to take the car back to have that done. Overall, it was an above average experience.

Best place in town, fast, efficient, respectful, amazing customer service, trustworthy, most importantly they do a very good job of explaining everything about cars to customers who have no idea about cars, they do give good advice about maintenance of the car, they don’t just do on spot fixes but they do maintain the car after inspecting each visit and give suggestions. Also, they do have online platform and they are tech savvy! Thank you for everything you do to keep me safe on the road! ?

I’m kinda upset because I wanted two hours for an oil change and then when I got the oil change the price came out to be $71 dollars and some change and then when I told the lady that they should offer discounts. She was like we do like it’s not obvious that I’m a college or the simple fact I don’t have a whole college parking pass in my car. Then they tried to charge my card without putting the money back on my card trying to take off the new total. The whole experience was just horrible. My people in Georgia don’t take this long to do an oil change and they make sure all my fluids are good while I’m right there. I don’t know what those people were doing with my car for a whole two hours and It made me uncomfy. Then the guy tried to get me to buy windshield wipers like something is wrong with the one’s I got when I just bought the car. The whole TLC people don’t know what they’re doing in there.

My first visit and I was very impressed with the professional experience. The place was clean and comfortable. The service writer was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and this will be my first call whenever I need service.

We were coming to see our son who is now a professor @ ESCU. We had flat tire at his new apartment. We drove around! the blos ck stopped and this Neighbor offered to change it for me. He recommended TLC to fix the flat. TLC is a great place!! The were busy guys leaving fir the weekend but they got the job done!!!What a great bunch of people to meet!! Moved here 5 yrs ago been going to TLC since have never had a bad experience, everyone has alway been very friendly and professional! And the staff are still the same people you feel you know and trust them! I will continue to use their services.

They got my inspection done quicker than anticipated, but they also charged me almost $40 just in labor to change my cabin air filter in my glovebox. Wouldn’t go back at that rate.

TLC serviced my 2013 Honda Ridgeline with Timing Belt, water pump, and fresh spark plugs. The engine is noticeably smoother, and everything is working well. I had a pleasant experience working with Michael, and he explained the procedures clearly. I'll definitely be going back for future maintenance or repairs.

We take all our vehicles her because the customer service is A+. But our recent visit was more than likely the last. I took my sons car in was told about headlight restoration because I wanted new headlights. So I did the restoration and new bulbs. It was over $300. I pick car up and they are identical to how I left it. Didn’t call and say hey it didn’t work so no need to but bulbs in. Just charged me the amount and that was that. I spoke to them this morning they apologized and said they could refund the $99 for restoration. Or they could take the difference and but it on getting new set. I don’t know if they see there is $200 still missing because the new headlights come with bulbs and I would still be out that money. I said no thanks I wanted you to know I am unsatisfied and won’t be back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
