The pharmacy checked my prescription and told me there would be a wait and they would call me wait was ready. I left, went t lunch, did some shopping and did not receive a call. I waited two hours to ask about the prescription and was told they just got the order and they would enter it and call me when it is ready. After notifying them I already waited two hours, I was informed they would work on w. The prescription took three minutes to fill. Avoid this facility if possible and save yourself some time. Not so much as a thank you on pick up. “Here you go”. 2.5 hours for a 3 minute prescription. Wish I had checked the reviews first.

I usually have a good experience when I visit here, but today it was a mess. The guy up front didn't know how to do his job. Another employee has to come and wait on his customers. When they finally got to me, she told the guy to count the money, he did that wrong. He tried to cheat me out of my own money. I had to lay the money down on the counter and count it for him. The lady finally rung me up. They need to hire people who can count.

I went to get my Rx today and used the pre-pay in the app. I went to the line and asked the nice folks ahead of me if they were in express line they said no. The tech at counter insisted the people were ahead of me so I waited. I asked her why they have two signs for express yet NEVER have an actual express line. She said she did not make the decisions and had no answer for me. So, I would like to know why people go through the trouble of pre-paying in the app, and there at least two signs for express yet it is never used. It is very confusing for customers and causes more grief for all to deal with. This store already has the rudest folks running the Rx section of any store I have been in. Why have yet another area were employees get worked up having to deal with angry customers. Either use the express line or get rid of the signs, one problem solved.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the world. They are disorganized and lazy. This causes your medication to be delayed (you need it and insurance will make you wait next refill) with wasted trips only to find that you were lied on the phone and/or the person usually very rude just is not doing their job.

Has got to be the worse pharmacy I’ve seen. Wait on hold for at least ten minutes every time you call…only to generally not get a correct answer to your question. Constantly have to wait for your medicine even when told it’s ready. Random closing times. Every person you talk to gives you a different answer to the same question…time to find a new pharmacy.

Not really from this area, but some of the rudest people in Elizabeth city work in the pharmacy and answer the phone. Those people should be working in the back. People answering the phone should be happy and a little more outgoing. If you hate your job, just found a new one.

Refuse to properly run my meds every month and make me pay out of pocket. Prescription was supposed to be done now and the pharmacy is temporarily closed. This place is awful. It is compromised by some sort of scam. Do not go here!!!

Don't count on the prescription being ready....even if they call you and say it is ready for pickup. Makes me wonder if they are just told to tell people it's going to be ready because that's just the thing to say. Though they know and laugh after the fact of a person coming back for medicine they knew would not be ready. Sure is a waste of time and gas. Wonder how much time and money people have lost due to them being so nonchalant about their statement it's ready..... Too bad Walgreens really thinks this is acceptable.

Rude pharmacist! Will flat out lie to your face! Super slow and a lot of times it's obviously on purpose! Any time I have to wait on just a regular prescription, it's ready in 20 minutes or less. When I pick up my dads pain medication, they always make me wait an hour or more! Every time! They treat people picking up pain medication horribly!

This store is one of the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. I refilled a prescription & was overcharged double. I tried to resolve the problem diplomatically when I could prove my point without making a scene. To no avail no good. I told the pharmacist to throw it in the trash.

I went to pickup a package; something I do when a signature is required. MICHAEL was rude to several other customers and an employee who was trying to help and have never done this before. When he finally walked over he completed the steps, had me sign and refuse to hand over the package because I didn't have the doortag. I checked online and it states all I need is my photo ID or tracking number (which ibstated was on the package). I called to complain and he said he was the manager- he is NOT. If his behavior to myself and others employees wasn't enough, his lies were enough to make me stop shopping at Walgreens, which I do regularly instead of going to Walmart.After I pick up my order, I'll be deleting the app and going literally ANYWHERE else.

Every month, they never have my grandmothers medicine ready. I just called today to refill another prescription and they said I already picked it up this month on the 3rd, which is NOT true. These pharmacists are completely unprofessional and should go back to school because they clearly don’t know what the hell they’re doing. I am beyond upset.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Told 45 minutes for a electronically transmitted prescription to show up in their system. Duplicate paper copy useless. Drove to CVS five minutes later and they show it was filled by Walgreens. Thanks to the kind woman at CVS, everything was handled quickly and professionally. Two words unheard of at Walgreens. And Walgreens - you can save the "have a blessed day" for people who go to your church.

I’ve called twice trying to speak to someone. They answered the first time & said “please hold” left me on hold for 20 mins then hung up on me. The second time, they answered & said “please hold”. They were rude when I went to pick up my prescription as well.
