I had to call the pharmacy today regarding an issue and to my surprise the actual Pharmacist Emily answered the phone and was so helpful, friendly and even better was able to resolve the issue! She helped me herself, didnt pass me on to someone else, even though a tech could have helped. It was nice that someone at a high level took the time to help.We are lucky to have a local pharmacist that cares.

The pharmacist and team at the Walmart Pharmacy in E-City are excellent! Our pharmacy in Moyock was acquired by CVS, so we had to go to a pharmacy in Elizabeth City. I tried other pharmacies that proved to be very difficult to work with. The Walmart Pharmacy team has called our doctors office and insurance many times to ensure our prescriptions are always ready for pick up. Thank you!

Avoid using at all cost, it’s like having to go to the DMV. Every time I come here it’s always an issue, today was text notified my scripts where ready, stood in line for an hour to pick them up and was told there was no record of them and was told I would have to to drop off and wait for them to be filled… who’s running this circus?

Got money sent to me by my Mom for my kids birthday and it was Walmart to Walmart the one in Elizabeth City made me wait like it wasn’t worth there time very poor customer service I will drive to Chesapeake from now on

I called in diabetic Rx on Friday. Auto message said Rx needed Dr. to refill. Now it is Tuesday. My Dr. office has records of them calling in the Rx more than once! Auto system went from the Rx being called in to me having to reorder. Once again the auto system said it needed my Dr. to renew the Rx. I called my doctor again. The doctor on call once again put in the request. I call the pharmacy back. Now I am told it will be in tomorrow! For the past year my sugar levels have maintained around 130 to 140. Currently my sugar is nearing close to 400 because I have not had my diabetic Rx. As I told the person on the phone if I am not in a diabetic coma I will be there to pick it up tomorrow. Obviously don't care about the health or even the life of their customers!

I haven't used the Walmart Pharmacy for a while. But I have seen some long lines in the past but it seems to have improved immensely the last year. They are professional and do their job as they are told. Not necessarily super warm and friendly all the time it depends on who you get waiting on you. But they get the job done and they are very busy so expect to drop off a prescription go shopping for 2 hours and then come back. They are very busy, but it seems to have eased up lately as they have increased staff. And you can get your questions answered personally by a pharmacist if you need to.

I had to order one of my husbands meds so I did went to get it they it was 130.00 dollars. I'm like what no way it's usually free he has 2 insurances they did this twice. They said the insurance changed what we paid I said no they didn't one of them being tricare. They are like yes they did . I say no they didn't for 1 reason we were in the middle of the fiscal year and they only do change if any at the beginning of the fiscal year. Come find out they were putting in for over 30 days but only giving me a 30 day supply. They refunded the never one bank to the bank but the older one they said they can only give a gift card. It's crazy so in essence I still lost out using that money somewhere else nope had to spend at Walmart really.

I have had a few issues here before but nothing major – their online ordering messed up so I had to order my medicine at the store and then an employee failed to tell me I only had a few days to get a refund because I was told I could come in anytime and get a refund for it. Overall through several years of going here, when I go to pick up my medicine or drop off my prescription I never have any issues. I rarely ever have to wait in a line of more than 2 people. The staff works fast to help customers and keep the line down. They are friendly and helpful as well with any questions you may have.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! If you guys hate your job so much that you feel the need to be nasty or down right rude then you should probably rethink your career. In the time we were waiting for our meds we witness multiple very rude exchanges between the staff and patients. Customer service training in very much in need here! I will be going back to Walgreens from here on out!

Sometimes staff are helpful and friendly, sometimes they are dismissive and unfriendly. There seems to be a significant amount of distrust from several of the pharmacy staff.

Tell me why it took 30 min to drop off a prescription using the drive through. If you use this pharmacy definitely don't use the drive through.

Prices are awesome - I don't have insurance. But I always have to wait for my husbands Diabetic meds. They never have it in and have to order it.
