Been put through enough bs. This was the final straw. I have to wait 9 days to get MY money. As soon as it hits my account I'm pulling all funds and closing the account. Just ridiculous.Do not trust Truist. I have my account set to not allow overdrafts but yet it still happens and I even got charged a fee. They will find any way to steal your money and not allow you to access it.

What bank has no lobby access due to covid? This bank! Full size trucks barely fit in the drive through without banging mirrors on the support posts. Environmentally vehicles spew exhaust while waiting in line. Just silly and poor customer service.

Always a positive experience, nice folks with quick service. Wait times are as expected during peak hours, but things generally move pretty quickly!

They have 2 drive thru lanes plus the drive up atm. The tellers are knowledgeable with regards to the mobile device app. Very friendly.
