My 3rd visit to get vaccinated(different years /momths) ....according to website if you can make appt they have them available...even have signs on doors when u get there...get your 2024 25 vaccine....and ....vaccines available...WELL GUESS WHAT ....3RD TRIP...NO VACCINES ..NO IDEA WHEN WILL HAVE....please update website so you can't make appointments for something you do not have available ...I hardly ever leave comments but this is rediculous...3rd time we have made appointments took off work and they do not even have available ...other than this CVS gets 5 stars from me

I used to never shop at cvs because i always thought they were a little overpriced. But shopping lately has been so rewarding and easy to do. The team members are great helpers on understanding how things work. I'm loving it.

Staff in pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. I got a text message at 12:07 saying they they had my prescription. When I got there at 1:10 I was told I could not get my prescription until 2:15 because they closed for lunch at 2:00.

Take that stupid, retardant, dumb-founded-whoever created this needs to be fired as voice response robot off y’all phone line, it’s stupid and I had to hang up 4-5 times just to connect to a representative in the Pharmacy THAT NEVER ANSWERED!

Don't use if you expect to get a prescription filled the same day. Had mine sent at 1:30 pm and called to make sure they received it and was told that they didn't have time to fill it that it would be late the next day before they could get to it. So 4 and a half hours isn't enough time in small Elizabethtown. And before anyone tries to say, people from other places are coming to have their prescriptions filled. No, they'll go to the bigger towns around here. Because I tell you what you can go to Fayetteville or fort Bragg and get it filled in 15 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service from the pharmacy. Extremely rude and discourteous. Take your business elsewhere.
