I had taxes done by Lisa she was Super and was very pleased with her Professional ServiceOne exception was the Blue card not being properly explained on how it workedI had the understanding of a debit card used like a gift cardFound out it's a bank card with fees attachedExample you pay $54.95 for the $50.00 credit and then $5.00 monthly fee if I had been explained about it up front I would had declined the$50.00 dollarsI would have just wrote my check for what was due and had it directly deposited to my bank account with no feesFelt like I was deceivedNow I Have to cancel this bank card after money is put on cardVery disappointed
