I had my serpentine belt changed and they charged me $4.01 extra for using a rag concealed under "Shop Supplies" on the invoice. A mechanic charging $4 specifically for using a rag to change a serpentine belt is unreasonable and an exploitive practice. A rag is a standard tool used in most automotive repairs and should NOT be an extra line item on your bill. A rag is part of the standard labor cost. I would NOT recommend Bladen Express Lube & Tire, Inc. for your car care needs.

I went to have my car checked, the mechanics did an excellent job but the receptionist was very racist, she treated me badly because I was Latina and never accepted my payment for people like that, businesses fail, very bad service from hers

Went to get my oil changed yesterday.. The maintenance guys have great customer service.. It took longer to get my receipt and pay than it did to change my oil. They were also rude about it.

Wait times are horrible. The mechanics smoke in and around the cars the whole time they are working on them. Had my car smelling so bad. Got a part fixed only for the check engine light to come on for the same issue not even two weeks later. Every time I try to get my car back in the wait time is hours long.

I’ve been going to Bladen lube & tire for a couple of years now and I’m always satisfied with the service I receive. Everyone is extremely friendly and customer service is second to none exceeding my expectations every time. This is my go-to place for anything vehicle related. The best in town!

Very unprofessional! They do not honor their own business hours. I went to hours before closing both times. I have even left work early just be be refused service. Don’t waste time going here unless it’s Before lunch time. They continually turn customers around when their sorry mechanics are tired. Happened to me twice and is a big buzz around the town. Lumberton or Fayetteville is a better option.
