The customer service they are is nonexistent. They hire what looks to be like high school or college students so every time you look at them, they are on their phone texting.

I went shopping for shoes to match moms Easter outfit. I've never been a fan of Belk ever. When I was a little girl, I remember the looks they would give as if black people didn't belong in that store. It's sad to say they still give off that vibe every time I walk in Belks. There was not a lot of selection as far as shoe size and the one pair I did find need up not fitting. Belks has always been and will always be a no for me.

No customer service..we were in the store for almost a hour. My grandson trying on suits...no one has even acknowledged us much less offered any help. People always say shop local...why??

I actually despise shopping here however I came in with my mother and I wish I could've got the cashiers name, but she gave me a Capri Sun so it definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
