Ryan has always been very helpful and honest in taking care of our satellite television service at my home. He installed a security system on our farm as well as at the church I attend. I would recommend him to everyone needing telephone, television, security or sound system service or installation. He has always provided installation and repair service quickly and efficiently. I have never felt he put a sale ahead of being honest.

They never answer the phone, I swear the store is never even OPEN. I would never recommend this place. If you want actual customer service please go to carolina west beside the state employees credit union and speak with Jose. He is awesome! Save ourself some time and just call there.

Great place to start new service or upgrade a phone. The service is always professional and courteous and will work with you. Also does bill payments in person or over the phone. Highly recommended!

The owner Ryan Pardue is a CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER! When he was 30 he molested a 15-year-old boy. Sex offenders should be required to tell anyone that has small children BEFORE they enter their home. This is the only place to go if you have Carolina West service. She cut our bill and got my wife a great deal on a phone. The CW offices have never offered to cut our bill. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of meeting Katie today! She made the process of adding a new phone line for me a breeze! She even made me aware of a cheaper better plan!
