If the pharmacy staff set the bar any lower they would have to dig a hole. Poor management, rude unqualified staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Been like this for 3 or 4 years. Over and over they mess up something or tell u it’s ready then it’s not then they lose it. Just BS.

It’s just like every cvs and if you want to actually speak to someone in the pharmacy there’s no actual way to get through the automated service without waiting for them to get a message and call me back a 2 minute yes or no question becomes 10 minutes of talking to their machine that can’t understand any response... read full comment
