If the pharmacy staff set the bar any lower they would have to dig a hole. Poor management, rude unqualified staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Been like this for 3 or 4 years. Over and over they mess up something or tell u it’s ready then it’s not then they lose it. Just BS.

It’s common for them to be out of stock even with common meds. As a diabetic it’s really frustrating to be in limbo. They botched my first rx of Dexcom G7. Gave me one instead of 3 sensors and charged me for the full RX. Offered no refund or attempt to make it right. They’re understaffed Never answer the phone. Unfortunately my insurance requires I use them or I would never go back.

On a recent trip to Elkin, I realized I had forgotten my blood pressure medication at home in Atlanta. The prescription was with a completely different drug store that’s not available anywhere in the area, so I thought we might have to abort our vacation and head home early. I went into this CVS and spoke with the pharmacist, who couldn’t have been more helpful! He went above and beyond to work it out with my Atlanta drugstore and ended up giving me enough of my medication to last the remainder of our trip. I’m so appreciative of such wonderful customer service!

It’s just like every cvs and if you want to actually speak to someone in the pharmacy there’s no actual way to get through the automated service without waiting for them to get a message and call me back a 2 minute yes or no question becomes 10 minutes of talking to their machine that can’t understand any response you give it

Cashier was rude
The rest are always very nice
This is a younger blonde
She is always rude
I almost left when I saw her
Prior the one item I wanted was OTC and now it was back in another aisle. No one was in line She dent me back there I had just had foot surgery RUDE

Called many times and automated system didn't work every time you call. Then tried to call front desk and just hangs up on you. Cvs system sucks.

Took all day to speak to an associate. Left messages no return calls had questions on my medicine. Took three days for a refill.

Took all day to fill 1 prescription I have never seen a drugstore to be so slow and if u call they will put u on hold for over hour if they decide to answer phone

Woman with green hair at Drive through RUDE & disrespectful! Complaining about being short staffed & complaining the pharmacist is ALSO running the store front! ( which does NOT sound safe) over 1 hr wait!
