I’d leave Naomi a 10 star review if I could! She was so helpful with getting me set up with my unit. Absolutely a delight to talk to! The gift bag was also a nice added bonus. Looking forward to many years of storing my extra stuff here!

All was great till I cancel my membership and they want to continue charging me only because “MY LOCK” is still on the storage unit. Other units would easily break the lock and sell whatever stuff is in the unit but no they will continue to charge you till the lock THEY gave you is off THEIR PROPERTY. Oh and let me not forget to say that even tho I’m still required to take my lock off and they continue to charge me they take me out their system and can’t get in the gate after hours so I can take the lock off. I work and can’t go on regular hours and can’t even get in the gate after hours with the pin I set up but yet they gonna keep charging me as a memeber; MAKE THAT MAKE ANY SENSE!
