App doesn't work. You have to rest password every time you check your account on it. And it would be fine if you could reset it yourself but no. You have to call them and take 20 min to rest it just to check it.Calling to check your balance doesn't work either. The machine never recognizes the bank information or contact information.Going online is the same issue.

I've had many issues with this bank after the switch to first national from yadkin. But what's making me leave the bank, is that they refused to let my husband open a bank account here. My husband moved here from England and applied for a social security card. When we got it, it said "valid for work only with dhs authorization" which means that if he were to try to get a job, he would need to show his dhs authorization paper along with the social security card. We even showed first national a piece of paper stating this. We had to go back to the social security office to get the paper to show that the words written on it had nothing to do with the bank, and that it is valid. But they didn't care. They claimed the social security card was invalid and that they could not accept it. So we went to wells Fargo and my husband got a bank account there with no issue. First national has poor training and customer service and I will be closing my bank account with them first thing Monday morning.
