“After receiving a phone call from G&B Energy, and after discussing with him my point of view, we came to a conclusion that addressed both our concerns. It was nice that he took the time to call and talk with me. Great to have a family run business to work with. Thanks G&B. I left my original review here so that those of you reading this will understand. Because they are genuinely concerned about their customers, I will continue to be a customer. And yes, they did refund the $77. For the first time in seven years I received a bill for tank rental, $77 and change. Apparently I need to purchase at least 300 gallons of propane between May of one year to April of the next year. In the calendar year 2025 I paid them more than $4100 for propane and heating oil. Heating oil doesn’t count towards the total amount. So now I know how much propane I need to purchase so I don’t incur a tank rental. Imagine that, $4100 was not enough. They needed that $77. WOW!! I think they should have forgiven the $77. Very, very disappointed.”

“We just moved hear and had to get a new chicken coop. They didn't try to over sell anything. And they are so knowledgeable with all my questions. They are some of the nicest people I have met.”
