This bank has ruined my card that worked for 22 years. I have been trying to call and get a hold of somebody to fix it for an hour but only get an automated system. Customer service from this bank is awful. We are going to pull our money out and bank elsewhere.

My account ends up locked and more transactions get blocked randomly at the most critical times than I can even manage to spend. It also doesn't help that outside of a local or regional number that is closed at any reasonable hours (with no support from Mastercard because of how they run things, even though it's a "Mastercard" debit card) and the internal redirects if you call official lines are literally inactive numbers. Worst bank I've had the displeasure of being with - literally any run of the mill free virtual bank that's still FDIC insured is better than this.

Nowhere to call after hours if you have any kind of issues and self service doesn't really exist. I am stranded waiting on a friend to bring me gas because of an issue with this bank.
