Absolutely do not waste your time with these people. They don’t answer the phone, dont communicate with my physicians and will give you the runaround over everything. I had a major medical set back, due to lack of access to meds the pharmacy claimed were ready for pick up for a week. When I call to check on them the phone rings through and hangs up. No customer service. Embarrassing.

Service is horrible!They refused to refill my prescription and when I explained I still have three refills I hit an unyielding brick wall.

Had to wait in drive-thru to pickup my meds for 35 minutes and there were just 2 cars in front of me, the first car set there for 25 minutes after I got there. If they are having a prescription filled that person should be told to drive to the back of the line or come back in 30 minutes. This setting there and holding up others from picking up there meds that are ready is ridiculous and unacceptable ??

Since when can a pharmacist determine whether you need a medication prescribed by your doctor? For the last three weeks, I've been given the run around, they won't give me my prescription back, nor the medication prescribed. Terrible business practices and putting me through undue stress.

Spent half an hour waiting for a prescription in the drive thru. Another customer went into the other lane and got theirs in less than five minutes while we continued to wait. Three separate employees worked on pre order, but it still took forever. And because they took so long getting around to it, I was late for work. Thanks Wal-Mart. Yet another low quality experience in a long illustrious line of incompetence.

Very rude! I drove 1 hour to pick up my meds. I got in line to get my meds at 5:58, at 6:02 they tell me they are closed. However, there were 2 other people in front of me that they helped, but told me they were closed.
