Seem’s crazy to me that I have to drive to the office to pickup anything that won’t fit in the mailbox. Especially if it has rained or anything. I understand that with hazardous conditions it may be difficult to deliver but other than that I don’t see any issue unless something is extremely heavy or difficult to carry. You’d think with several complaints about the issue, solving it would give the office a better rating but it doesn’t seem to be an issue to who maintains it. UPS or FEDEX doesn’t have an issue with driving the big box trucks in and out so I’m confused as to what the issue is. 🤨

For goodness sakes people! You have one job. TO DELIVER MAIL AND PACKAGES! Items that are consider too large to fit in a mailbox are a no go! I do my job every single day and do everything that is expected of me. I have to take vacations day off work to go get a package. This is just ridiculous! If u have anything bigger that a toothpick, consider it undeliverable!

Absolutely worst post office. The clerk is incredibly rude and incompetent has no clue how to handle customers. Also, post master is too light on their carriers and lets them get away with things they shouldn’t.

Lady in the office, “Peggy” is extremely rude and has made a lot of our packages delayed. Drive to Shelby or Rutherfordton it’s worth it for peace of mind.

Peggy is absolutely awful very rude and hateful to costumers. We are new to the area freshly moved and they refused to deliver our mail after they had been delivering mail for an entire month. All of a sudden that changes? Peggy said her mail carrier was scared because our name was unfamiliar and she didn’t feel safe. It’s our Mail Drop it off we are white Christian Americans that pay for our packages to be delivered don’t withhold them because “you don’t know the name” when you had been delivering a month prior. Pathetic terrible post office. Peggy I truly do hope you learn how to treat customers with respect they earn.

I don’t know what needs to be said or done concerning a select one two of the girls who deliver, but I am so tired of having to go to post office every single time I get a package that is slightly bigger than our mailbox (especially right now, given we have so many due to Christmas). The girl Jennifer who delivers has no problem getting into the top part of our driveway to leave bigger packages at the car there and I very so much appreciate her willingness to do something so small but helpful, but it is a continuous issue with the other one to do so. I work all day and barely have time to make an extra stop during the work week, so to say this is an extreme inconvenience is an understatement.

Can't even deliver a dang package!!! I've got the BIGGEST MAILBOX YOU CAN BUY!!!! And if by some chance it doesn't fit still they refuse to come down my driveway to deliver EVEN THOUGH my drive way isn't anywhere near half a mile. It doesn't even come close to 1/4 of a mile!!! The delivery people are absolutely worthless and deserve to be fired. The lady that run inside is absolutely great though.

I have to have my dogs chained up or they won’t deliver packages and if by some chance I’m not around they just keep packages 100% laziness I mean if you are scared of dogs or that lazy go work at McDonald’s hire new people Ellenboro!

Post office and people inside are great! However, the delivery mail people can’t seem to shut the mailbox door! It would literally take a second to make sure it’s shut! Days like today 3/1/24 is pouring and our mail is all wet ?

The actual office is great. The lady that works the office is wonderful. But mail delivery, I've had nothing but problems and I've lived at 2 locations in this small small horid town and it doesn't get better. I get everyone's mail but my own.
