I wish I could give W and C painting less than a 1 star rating. Poor experience with this business, very unprofessional. Did not complete the job contracted to do, poor workmanship and got offended and quit the in the middle of the job when I asked him to address issues in rooms already completed. Charles didn't return items that we purchased at Lowes to paint the house. Paint brushes, paint clean-up wipes, and caulk.

I was told the job takes 2-3 days but the job was done in almost 6 days. The job was done poorly. Had to call them for correction 3 different times and the defects still exist. They are responsive but quality is not there.

I hired this guy to lay down 350 ft of laminate flooring. I was quoted a labor price of $650 $400 was paid up front, the job would take 5 hours and that I would have to buy the materials. We both went to Lowe's where we picked out some laminate flooring. Upon returning to the job site he began building the floor was unable to keep it square and tore the floor apart to start somewhere else. Afterrealizing he was not going to be able to finish that night he told me he would be back in the morning with help. The next morning he showed up late with two other people. After a couple of hours of work they decided that they could not lay the laminate flooring and was going to take it back and get a better product. He returned 17 boxes of laminate flooring to Lowe's and received at no additional cost 17 boxes of a much better quality vinyl flooring. after returning to the job site and laying down the flooring he realized that the 17 boxes of vinyl flooring was not enough to complete the job. So he returned to Lowe's to attempt to get the rest of the 350 ft. they told him that he had to talk to the manager that he originally spoke with and that that person would not be back until 8:00 the next morning. He told me he would be there at 8:00 a.m. to discuss it with the manager. The next morning I did not hear from him until 10:00 where he told me that Lowe's would not give him the five remaining boxes that he needed and that it would cost me $450 to purchase the five extra boxes. As this was not a decision that I had any partake in I was not willing to purchase the extra boxes and he said he could not cover it. I personally called Lowe's to try and work it out with them and they told me that four or five boxes it was going to be about $300. Why he charged me the extra $150 is beyond me. He agreed to the original product he decided to return it he decided to get a much higher quality product he did not get the proper square footing to finish the job. Yet he still tried to pass off more than the extra cost to finish the job. Then he expected me to give him the remaining $250 of labor for not even finishing the job. He is unprofessional bringing his dog to work and expecting the dog to be able to hang out in my house while he completed the repairs, one hour after he got to my house he took his shirt off. He tried to rip me off by asking for the remainder of the labor without finishing the job and increasing the price of the extra product. He also gave me this huge sob story about how he cannot pay his workers that he brought with him. Do not under any circumstance use this company for anything!

W and C painting did a great job. I had a project that had to be completed before we listed our home and W and C responded promptly to my call, gave me a quick estimate on the phone and came out the same day to complete it plus......they recommended a less expensive method to get the job done and saved us money too! I would definitely use them again.
