We always bring our deer up to Rick. He processes our deer how we want it. (Steaks, stew meat, ground venison.) This year we tried the summer sausage and found it outstanding. Five stars for Wildlife Processors.

NCDA Inspected Custom Exempt processing facility offering full service deer and wild hog processing including cleaning, butchering, aging and vacuum sealed packaging. The only NCDA inspected wild game facility in the area. We clean and process all wild game and domestic animals. Processing choices include: Hot or Mild Sausage, Cubed, Stew, Steaks, Ground Deer and other options We also do European skull mounts on site by a licensed NC taxidermist. We can do deer, hogs, coyotes skulls just about anything. We can make summer sausage and snack sticks out of your deer meat too.
