This dealership is a rip off. They harass you of you are 1 day late on a payment. I work in healthcare and I got Covid-19 so I had to be out of work for 2 weeks. I informed them of this issue not that it mattered to them. I purchased a 2013 Versa and didn't realize at that time that they wanted 15,000 for this used vehicle. 5,000 of which is purely thier financing this car is only valued at about $3,500 outright sorry no $5,500 at Kelley blue book value. I will NEVER recommend first choice to anyone! I bought a car from them had it for 6/7 months and realized come winter with two children(both in car seats)the car wasn't going to work, I found someone to take the car over after we were approved for something else and after 2 WEEKS of something that could have easily been done in 2 days I was told it's not possible unless we pay for something that's irrelevant to be done after we were told by other employees that we were good to go just to come in and sign papers and make it official. For a car dealership who does things “by the book†they sure do it a** backwards and can't even get their employees on the same page as them.
