Lake Wilson is a beautiful and quiet place with a pretty lake, appreciated for relaxing walks on its over two-mile nature trail. It is a great and awesome place for children with a small but nice playground. The park has clean and neat restrooms, with a few covered picnic tables by the water offering beautiful scenery. It is dog-friendly, with lots of people walking their dogs, most on leash. Activities include fishing and kayaks are permitted. A noted downfall is that there is very little parking available.
Loving the new improvements, can't wait to see the final results.

Nice paved pathway. The bridge across the lake was very nice. The water levels were very low when I was there but the lake bed was growing some of the greenest grass I've seen.
