“I really enjoyed working with Don and his team. There were slight issues- legos ended up being broken in transit (but this is something that can happen with something so fragile and hard to package) and my dresser was left behind (but the team was more than willing to work out a time to go back and retrieve it within their busy schedules). I especially appreciate their dedication. There were spider eggs on one of my boxes and I understandably had an anxiety attack over the implications of this. The team helped leave all of my packages on my balcony neatly instead of inside to alleviate my worries and were such troopers about getting everything up to the fifth floor. I appreciate their willingness to work with me amidst this obstacle and take precautions to make me feel safe. Thank you!”
