Pam did an awesome job today. With my first experience in getting a storage building. Becky did good allowing Pam to do the training with me and she and Becky both were Exceptional. I am excited about my new storage space and would like to thank Extra Space Storage.

This facility is always nice and clean, I have never had a problem with the services here. Staff is super friendly and they always have a good attitude when I have questions about anything. Would definitely recommend!!

Will be moving my belongings out.. apparently they can up your rate at any time when it’s a month to month. I never received any letter of any notice. 13$ increase after 3 months. Ridiculous!

Becky is not an helpful supervisor or whatever she is . She never emailed me about passed due payments , never called or texted . I called and explained I was sick in the hospital and instead of her trying to call to check to see if I’m coming in to make a payment on account before my account went into auction status, they put it up for auction. I was never aware if I paid of certain percentage of the balance I had “ move out” percentage that I wouldn’t have to pay the full amount . Becky is the worse . I still have stuff on storage and the amount is high . I’m moving my stuff out and I’m not recommending anybody to the Burlington NC location .

Becki with an I was awesome fairly new place but awesome prices fast and easy process not a hassle short and clear explanation interacts with the kiddos and keeps the positive energy going , gets to know the potential customer that may come !!!!!!! Give her some business !!!! They deserve it !

We used them to store my son's college things over the summer while at Elon University. The place was safe and clean and they helped my son while he was there. Would recommend them.
