They force you to use the sign in machine. I explained that I can’t see well and it didn’t matter. No instruction or anything. You have to scan your ID and insurance cards too. Not sure they realize that many people including seniors don’t know how to use these things and they should offer some sort of assistance.

I was originally a little worried after reading all of the bad reviews..but I had a GREAT experience. Phlebotomist was wonderful and very kind! Highly recommend

Went to labcorp on 3-29-23 for routine labs. Been to this location several times and this was the most painful experience I have ever had. The lab tech could have cared less if she hurt me. Just unprofessional.
