“Amber is simply the best!! I went to see her to get my 16 year old a new passport, but I was pulled over on the way here, and it made me 30 minutes late for my appointment. Amber was able to help me right away and David and her were able to get my son’s passport processed and expedited for us!! We can’t thank you both enough!
