“On my way home for thanksgiving my tire started "bouncing." I figured it was a balance issue or something along those lines. Brian automatically came out to my car and found a separation in the tire. He didn't have the correct tires for my car, but he told me where I could get them and if they didn't have them he would drive and get some for me. We got the tires at a different place locally and brought them back here to be mounted. They did it in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Thankful they worked with me so I could get home to my family safely and quickly! Thanks again Brian and Billy!”

“No help at two dodge dealers. After a six month wait from the dealer on a part that was on back order, and then got lost in transport. I personally had to find the part out of state. Friend told me about Dr. Mopar. They diagnosed the issue explained what the problem was and offered options. Dealers just said exhaust actuators were bad period. Didn't say if it was or both. Neither dealer gave me anything showing codes for problem. Dr. Mopar sent video of diagnoses. Offered a solution at about half what the dealers wanted.”

“I’m from out of state here in North Carolina working. Been having issues with my steering gearbox. I looked all over the place in this area for a mechanic to replace my gearbox. Earliest I could find an opening was two months out. I’ve been gone from my home state Texas for two months already working I can’t go another two months before I make it home. Got referred to these nice gentleman here at Wide Open Throttle, they understood the situation I was in, and the next thing I knew my truck was up on the lift getting fixed. I didn’t realize there were good honest people around like this anymore. They’re quick, efficient, and very reasonable. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the quality of work. “Very professional, told us exactly, what they would do after they determined what was wrong with our GMC. Would call Auto/Car shield warranty and notify them of the problem to see if covered. If so, would inform us our total we are responsible for from Warranty and order.Warranty covered the vehicle. Paid out copay, they ordered the part and GMC was repaired the next day.Very efficient, and friendly. They will be getting our business from now on for vehicle maintenance and Tires.”

“BEST SERVICE EVER! I drive a 2012 Volvo S60 T5. I only mention that bc people hate to work on them. But this place doesn't mind getting their guys the experience, and I really appreciate that. I asked them to install a new oil filter housing, which I had already purchased. I was considering doing it myself, but I was able to get it done faster and easier at Tire Center of Burlington. They were willing to give me a rough estimate, and they came in under that. Unfortunately for me, one of their mechanics was out sick the day I brought my vehicle in. That made it take a little longer than I expected. But I still got it back the next day, and they did a wonderful job. They have a small lot they can lock up the overnights in. So my car was never at risk. If you need work done, call these boys first. You will NOT regret it”
