The service department here is unorganized, unaccommodating and quite frankly the worst experience we’ve had with any dealership. You’d think spending $100k would get you at least mediocre service. Thank goodness for Fred in sales, at least he has the wherewithal to try and cover their mistakes.

I love this mechanic shop. Been coming here for 7 years, no complaints. Masks are required and floors are marked for social distancing.

Took car in for regular maintenance and tag inspection. Took a little longer with inspection, but still good with friendly service.
