Coming to this post office makes it feel like you are apart of a family this is a top tier post office
Customer service is very professional I recommend this post office to anyone close by
I don’t think that they are just workers they are apart of my family now

I love the Elon Post Office! I have been mailing orders with them for my business for over 15 years and they have always been ready to go out of their way to do whatever they can to help. And they are never cranky!

They don’t do walk in passport appointments after I missed my appointment time. Told me to go to Gibsonville… they don’t have forms either. You have to have the forms with you although websites state differently. It is what it is. But if you don’t do walk in appointments you should change your website unless they lied about it seeing reviews about the lady not surprised she said that to me.

For some reason, the carrier is unable to put my mail in my box and leaves it on the counter in the mailroom. Also, seems unable to pick up packages with paid labels left for him.

The most unhelpful post office I ever had to deal with! My daughter needed her graduation stole delivered. The only thing that of course needed to come USPS. Keep in mind all other delivery services deliver to her but them, so she had no need for a P.O. Box…. Was told by a man who worked there to just keep tracking the package and he wrote down her name so they would hold it when they saw it. It arrived there at 6:36am my daughter immediately called to be told by a not so nice woman that it was sent back already. When my daughter explained the situation the woman just said it went back and that the guy doesn’t work here today. She told my daughter she should have a P.O, box. These are college students!!! What a waste of our time tracking, and now she is in a scramble to get it by her photos that are in 4 days. Worst post office ever!!! And so unhelpful!!!! They wasted my daughters time!

I've been twice once with an appt and once without an appt. Both times the representatives were very rude. Now sure why they work with the public if they seem to dislike helping people.

Today I went to this location with my 3 girls to get their passports and the 3 people who were there were extremely helpful, friendly and patient. We left with a smile on our faces, God bless y’all 5 stars for going above and beyond.

Please update your website. They stated they do NOT do passport walk ins on Saturday but their website says different. Went back Monday at 8am and they stated passport walk ins start at 9am but their website says different. Time wasted.

My 16-yo's documents were in order, but the staff worker said he needed both parents present to apply unless he has a photo ID, which is 100% untrue. I miss Edwina at May Memorial. A wasted trip across the county for us this morning. Now waiting for a call from the Register of Deeds. Good thing we're not up against a tight deadline.
