“Love all the perks I get as an older adult, however I wish they would have earlier hours or at least give you the option to be able to deposit money in the ATM's.”

“I have had a personal account with First Citizens for awhile and have been very satisfied. I just opened up a business account and wanted to express what complete satisfaction I have with them. Their staff was very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. During this time when some businesses are harassing their customers about all the health issues going on, it is refreshing to enter a business that takes the time to care about each customer individually and respect their choices concerning the decision to wear or not to wear a mask. I highly recommend First Citizens because they do put their clients and citizens first.”
