Went to exchange shorts for a size up and charged another $11. When asked the clerk why and explained that I had never paid more for the same item in a different size (ex: s, m, l,...8, 10, 12..(not extra large sizes)Apparently the two young girls (clerks) thought it was funny and started laughing!Nothing funny, just very frustrating and disappointing Would not recommend!These were the exact same brand, color , and pattern fabric...only first one was 29 waist and 2nd was 31 waist. I ended up getting a different pair since paying more anyway.! I should have just gotten my money back and left!Personnel needs to be more professional.!I will never go back .

If I could give zero stars I would. The pants I bought completely fell apart after a few hours of wearing. They told me I could only exchange for a new pair. Manager refused to give her name or show the store return policy. Won't be shopping here again.

I almost always stop by this store when I go to the beach. The customer service I get is always good. I think I end up buying a new t-shirt and/or beach towel every time.

Staff is extremely rude or either ignores you all together. Don’t bother asking for help or you will get a horrible attitude.

I don't understand these negative reviews. It's a charming, family-owned place. Really cool inventory. I wanted to grab something quickly, but ended up staying and browsing the aisles. Nice people.

The Bert's Surf Shop that closer to the bridge and Coast Gaurd Road was excellent!!!Helpful and very friendly!

Sales associates were extremely rude and unfriendly. Security tag was left on my purchase and when I went back to get it off I was harassed and given a hard time. Nice shop but need better customer service

Classic surf shop. Smells like board wax, suntan lotion, and zinc oxide...I love it. Awesome apparel selection, super friendly and helpful staff. An instant favorite.
