The young man that sold it to me, said if I had trouble getting it on at the hotel to bring my bike back and he would do it for me. I realized I didn’t have the right tools and had no idea how to switch it out it was a different mounting bracket. I took it back when it was sunny the next day and he came outside and spent a good bit of time placing it and adjusting for me. He was very pleasant and polite! A great experience.”
