Terrible customer service, (except for one pharmacy tech) uncallable phone service, filthy, rusted, dirty pick up window. Comments to manager with no results! Three weeks later, still as filthy as it was 10 years ago!! Will change pharmacies for sure!

Was in the area for vacation and realized I forgot one of my prescriptions so I called this pharmacy and they were able to fill it promptly. Amazing team members work at this location!

Came down from Ohio for a week but forgot my insulin. Called my doctor Monday morning and asked him to send a prescription to this CVS on Emerald Isle. They received it the same day but informed me that it would have to be ordered. I was told it would be a day or two so I gave the person on the phone my cellphone number and asked that she call me the moment it came in. By Wednesday I still hadn't heard from the pharmacy so I called and was told it was ready. When I got there, I asked when it came in and was told the order had been filled on Monday, the day they received the prescription. For 2 days I had eaten very little and still couldn't get my blood sugar below 200.

Pharmacy personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. That is the most important part if CVS as far as I am concerned.

I wish I could leave a zero. Over 20 minutes on the phone and no one answers. I was calling for an elderly neighbor who couldn't drive to get there with an important question. Shame on you CVS! Walgreens is our choice in the future!!!

If I could leave 0 starts that's what I would do. Barbra was my cashier and it was hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. She mocked me with a mean tone and was just disgustingly rude. Will never go back. There is plenty of other stores in the area with great customer service. Sorry your life is miserable, Barbra.

I travel from Ca to Swansboro several times a year. This is the closest CVS in area to refill my prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is always fast, friendly and professional even when working with an out of state refill.

I've been to many CVS stores in my travels but beware this location. I don't know why the entire staff from the Pharmacist to the cashier treat their customers so poorly. I can only assume they must all be miserable. I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards for me but common courtesy would be better than outright rudeness. First, I went through the drive through to pick up my prescriptions because my dog was in the car. After the pharmacy tech came to the window I let her know that I had a Good Rx card and that I had discussed this two days before with the Pharmacist in person and he said it would be fine. He wasn't too friendly but I could tell he was busy that day...it's Flu-Shot season and there was a line. Apparently he wasn't there this time because the clerk said, "I'll see what she says. I need to show her the coupons on your phone". Well, she took my phone and told me to park and wait 15 minutes and just walked away from the window. I drove to the front and parked and went in because (1) I need my phone and (2) my phone screen locks in 30 seconds so she wouldn't be able to use it, anyway. I walked in and stood in line with a smile on my face because at this point I think it's just the Tech that's having a bad day. As I stood there I watched the Pharmacist pick up my phone and throw it in the basket with my order. Her expression looked like she was stressed. Or angry. Not happy. As I was standing in line a very polite gentleman asked her a question. Not only was her tone very curt, she walked away from him mid sentence. He asked her name and she ignored him. There were only 5 people waiting not 50. When It was my turn I asked for my phone back and it was handed to me without a word. I asked if I could go ahead and get some Claritin while I waited. I was told to wait 15 minutes while they finished my order. So I went to the ladies room. As soon as the door closed I thought I heard my name being called that my prescription was ready. Really? I went back out and waited in line...again. When I was paying for the prescriptions I reminded her that I also needed the Claritin. She rolled her eyes let out a big sigh and said, "hold on". I'm still smiling but in my mind I'm thinking, "NEVER AGAIN !" This CVS is in a gorgeous little beach town. The sun was shining and the sky was blue. Why are these people so miserable? The last CVS I went to for the same prescriptions a month ago is in DC where crackheads sit outside and harass customers and it's not shocking on any given day to see yellow crime scene tape outside. Those CVS employees were SO NICE!!! I felt like I was in the twilight zone today. NEVER AGAIN! The one star is for the cute little beach town. Not this CVS.

It was the worst experience ever. Not only did it take way to long to fill my order, after losing it behind the counter. From lies of needed a Pre-authorization because they did not have the meds needed to buy them some time to get it? It’s a shame that the big chain Pharmacy cares more about a dollar than the patient’s life...........

I've been on hold for 9 min and 52 seconds waiting to talk to someone in the pharmacy... how is it that my insurance company who WANTS money from me can pick up faster when I am trying to GOVE you money? Makes no sense. Hire some additional people because clearly you are understaffed! Unacceptable

I had my doctor send a prescription to CVS about 9 this morning at 4:30 I called CVS to see if my order had been sent in. the person who answered the phone asked me to hold on while I e she put some stuff down. I held on for about 10 minutes and finally hung up the phone. now I know why they never have any business.
