We had an issue with our wash after we had paid for it, sent a note to the contact number, and within minutes John had fixed the problem for us. Talk about customer service!
Update: We went back the next day and the carwash worked perfectly. Thank you!

I had a very good experience here. It did a great job of cleaning off the Spring pollen. Also, it was very easy to use the self-kiosk to pay by credit card. And it was easy to understand and comply with the lighted green arrow and red X. Both bays were open and working today. I will be back!
