Don’t pay too much attention to negative reviews. Lady in the office was friendly and informative on how long it would take to load
My appointment was at 11 I arrived at 9am and had a door 30 minutes later and out by 11!!

Great place good people who unload & load better now that new people are in place..overall great & offers overnight parking..a few stores nearby to go shopping ??
