This chain has gone downhill SO bad. The issues are twofold, one is societal, the other is their management above store level. Sprinkle in a touch of government oversight, and the ones who work there and actually care, don't stand a chance. Thanks to the 3 of you who do the best you can considering your challenges.

After being sent here from the DMV to get something unlisted printed so I didn't lose my place in line. Stephanie was so helpful and patient with not only me and my ragged phone but also my insurance Co and her own equipment. She went well above he job duties to keep me calm and get what I needed. Thanks Stephanie. You're an angel.

I feel so sorry for the ladies working in the pharmacy. They are literally working their butts off and still, it's not quick enough. They are overrun with thousands of prescriptions. Y'all have to be patient, it's, not their fault.
They need more people working with them.

I have pneumonia. My prescriptions were sent to this CVS around 12:30. They didn’t have everything ready when my husband and I stopped by around 1. We were told to wait for 30 minutes. My husband dropped me off at our house and he did our grocery shopping. Before coming home, he went by a second time. He was told to come back in another 30 minutes. He went back around 3:30/3:45 and they were conveniently closed due to some problem they were experiencing the previous day. If you’re an employee and you knew this, why didn’t you tell my husband to pick a different pharmacy? Why did you tell us to come back? Why did you string us along? I’m sick; I’m scared; I’m stressed and you don’t care at all about my well-being because if you did, you’d have made sure that I (and others like me) were going to get our medications in a timely manner. It wasn’t like this when I was growing up. I won’t even get into the ridiculous negative attitude your employees took with my husband the second time he was there. I didn’t even want to go to urgent care. I didn’t want this stupid prescription hassle or stress or run-around. It’s no wonder you guys have a 2 star rating. It should be lower. It’s no wonder the healthcare in this country sucks. Thanks for wasting mine and my husband’s time. Never again will I send any of my prescriptions to this CVS or any CVS hereafter. Thanks for showing me how much you care. Thanks for nothing.
UPDATE: How dare you? As soon as my husband told me you were closed I had all my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy only to be told that they could not fill 2 of the 5 because you (CVS) had already charged my insurance and apparently given me those medications so of course I can’t have them refilled somewhere else. I will be calling my insurance in the morning to report this as fraud seeing as how I do not have said medication and I think they’d like to know that they just paid for medicine that I don’t have. Management should be ashamed. If you’re understaffed, work harder. Hire people with integrity. You’re in the medical field for God’s sake. Or is playing with other people’s health how you get off? I’ve never been more disappointed in healthcare services in my life.

Worst pharmacy ever. They've cancelled vaccines without explanation. Not had the vaccine I needed but didn't tell me that when I made the appointment and tried to charge me for a prescription that was covered by insurance. I'm done with them

This place is slower than molasses....I'm talking about the pharmacist has to go out and make your prescription from scratch off the get go....they're SLOOOOOOOW!! I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY

Excellent customer service. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I fill in family when I go there. They go the extra mile to help me with my prescriptions. Every year I get my immunizations there.

They never have anything my Health card allows me to buy NEVER since January and I can only use a CVS. I did learn something Change Insurance next year
