My first visit today as a new fill and I will not be going back. You would think that the staff would not act like you were a bother! She had no people skills at all. Stood there several minutes with staff not even acknowledging I was there. When she waited on me she was very short with answers to my question. Again "no people skills at all"

My brother’s insurance requires him to use CVS. He is a bone cancer patient who was set to leave for vacation. They realized he wouldn’t have enough pain meds to last until he returned home. His radiology oncologist sent a script to this CVS for enough meds to last for his trip and the pharmacist refused to fill it. His insurance refused to cover it and the pharmacist refused to fill it for cash payment. It is not unlawful for the pharmacy to fill a script for cash if the Dr has approved the script. But it is at the pharmacist discretion. It’s a shame good people who suffer can’t get the meds they need. Shame on you CVS for causing undo stress on good people.

I have been trying for several days to pick up my prescribed meds in Erwin, NC. Not ready for over 20 hours … then a text that they are ready. I go at 4:30pm to find that the Pharmacy is CLOSED. Why? They have all gone to the Lillington store to operate it for the afternoon. When will they return to their store? “I guess you can try back tomorrow morning, but I can’t guarantee that they’ll be here”, says a store employee. Just the latest in a long list of complaints; but our Insurance dictates that we use CVS, which is not even located in the city in which we live. So I am now on Day 3 without my prescribed meds!

Drive 25 minutes to pick up a prescription for my mother, wait in line and finally get to the counter only to be told they can’t wait on me because they’re now closed for lunch (at 3 pm), even though there’s 5-6 people behind the counter working. And the refill is ready with NO COPAY! Might I suggest STAGGERED BREAKS??? Transferring EVERYTHING elsewhere ASAP.

Large assortment of necessities on hand, besides the pharmacy that it is is so well known for. It's almost a department/grocery store, which adds convenience to every visit. Offers UPS drop-off services as well.

Pharmacist is a no show and can’t pick up my medication. Company this size shouldnt be without a pharmacist. Already filled but manager says they can’t let you pickup without them there. Poor business practice.

I wish I could give no stars but me and my cousins went in there mind you we are all Hispanics we went to go get drinks and the manager lady which I think she is came up to us and said “don’t throw stuff like pilgrims” mind you she’s a white lady. She followed us around the store even untill we got to self checkout .She was fat lady. Don’t shop here if you a colored person bc you will get followed.

Have to say that the pharmacy staff was very kind and patient. They did the best they could to help me with my prescription. I started to get upset due to my insurance making an error and they were very sympathetic. They treated me with kindness and patience. Even though I had multiple problems with insurance and then savings card they helped me. Thank you, seriously for your great customer service.

This is a great pharmacy! Anna, Heather especially are most helpful. They work as a team to get things done. Doesn’t run as smoothly without a full time pharmacist but Lauren will be back soon!

Save yourself the hassle and frustration and find another pharmacy. They are grossly understaffed and therefore everything takes extremely long. The last two times I’ve had prescriptions sent in by a physician, I’ve had to call to remind them to fill them after hours sitting in the processing cue. The stress they are under causes poor customer service and rude tones. Just an all around terrible experience.

Stay on hold for 30 minutes just for theTo hang up in your face and they never have the medications ready no matter how much of a notice they have. Extremely rude customer service too. This is an everytime thing! this place needs to be shutdown
