No one is ever working in the paint or appliance sections after 5pm. This is the 3rd time Ive tried to buy things and cant because no one is working. Time to shop elsewhere.

I had the best customer service from Harriet over in the plumbing area. She was very nice and helpful. She also was very knowledgeable in that department. She deserves all the praise. Thanks again Harriet!

couldn't find my card and needed to make a purchase for my maintenance guy to pick up tomorrow. Sandy, at Pro Services was so helpful and wasn't bothered at all by my complete lack of technology skills. she walked me through the process on my phone (did most of it) and got me squared away. One big atta girl to Sandy. Manager---give her a raise! she deserves it!

Updated Review from 1 to 4 star! After 1 month of delays on carpet install, Lowe’s made everything right. The installers were excellent. I would recommend Lowe’s with the new supervisors.
