“I’m so thankful that Family Tire Shop was there for me and open until 7 pm! I’m from out of state and had a complete blow out on a country road. I was terrified that I might have to get on the interstate with a donut tire and the road service guy told me about Family Tire. I arrived there a little before 7 and they couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable. Being a woman from out of state in an unfamiliar place can be very stressful but I was completely put at ease at Family Tire. Thank you guys so much for getting me home safely!!! ☺️”
“I had a tire go flat out of the blue on me on my Dodge Ram pickup on Friday in Florence, SC, on the way here to Dunn, NC, to my son's college graduation from Heritage Bible College on Saturday morning. I didn't see anything obvious that would have made it go flat. I got the spare put on and continued my trip here. I found Black's Tire Service online and saw that they were open first thing on Saturday morning. I got there first thing in the morning and they got me right in and found the object that I picked up in my tire that caused it to go flat and repaired it and got me right back to my plans for the day. They were an absolute lifesaver and absolutely great people! Thank you for being there when I needed you in a pinch! I will recommend to everybody!”

“Man what can I say anything but good about this place. I haven’t been here in a long time in fact a few years ago. I needed a couple used tires for my old drive to here and there and pulled up was kindly greeted by all the employees who made me feel at home told me all the pricing. So while I was waiting I asked the very nice gentleman behind the counter, Does Josh still run the place here? He said, yes sir. In fact he’s otw. As I was waiting up front a gentleman walked gave a nod went behind the counter and asked if I’d been helped, I said yes sir. Then I asked are you Josh? He said yes sir. I told him that I remembered him when they had the shop at hwy 42 hwy 50. We talked and talked. I’m sure he didn’t personally remember me but he made me feel like he’d known me his whole life. Good people get my respect. Thanks to Josh, his family and employees.”

“I strongly recommend getting your tires replaced at Black's Tire. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.I visited to get a set of tires and the service was great and timely. The young lady talked to me about the tire insurance and what it covered and I decided to get it. Where it gets even better 6 days later I got a screw in one of my new tires. I called to get an appointment (which worked out to be immediate) to get the tire repaired or replaced. The tire had to be replaced due to where the screw was and the insurance payed off. I recieved the same generosity with the same service and care as I did with the initial set of tires. I highly recommend that you use this business for your next set of tires or car service.
