Pharmacy can not keep up. I always have more than a 24 hour wait for medications. This location does not follow up on issues. The Walmart in Raleigh on Fayetteville Road did a much better job. But, too far away from my new home. Will be switching pharmacies. I have given them enough chances. Staff are very nice. No issues with customer service. It is filling prescriptions process that is frustrating.

My BF is a HotWheels collector. We have been going to Walmart in Erwin since before Christmas to see what new HotWheels are out. It has looked exactly the same for months so I decided I’m gonna take a picture every time just to confirm they don’t ever restock or the employees are taking them and they don’t ever hit the shelves. Both pictures are within a 3 week period. The same exact amount, same cars, nothing new. If you are a collector I wouldn’t suggest coming to this Walmart, employees are either lazy or taking them and not letting anyone else have a shot at anything good.

I do Walmart pickup when I order online. I usually don't have to wait more than30 minutes at this location, which why I go here. I had an order for yesterday Feb. 19th 4-5 pm pickup. I got the text notification that my order was ready. I went there immediately because I was close, about 2 minutes away from where I was. I had to wait for a numbered parking space which was ok. One cleared up in about 10 minutes. I parked and immediately checked in on the app, put in what parking space I was in and got a message that my order would be out shortly. While I was waiting, I noticed people pulling up to the left if me waiting about 20 minutes then getting loaded and leaving. Still waiting at this point now for 1 hour, I had noticed the lady to right had been waiting a while also, maybe not as long as me but still a long time. I called the number on the sign, they had the phone turned off! It went directly to voicemail. Now, I want to mention this, the whole time I am waiting, employees are passing right by my vehicle to load other people. This happed more times than I could count. The reason I mentioned this is because not once did anyone stop and ask my name like they normally would when I have been sitting a while. I call the main store at this point and asked to speak with a manager. I explained why and she put me on hold (1hr. 13 min. at this point.) The lady next to me gets the attention of an employee, tells her that she had been waiting a really long time then points at me and tells her that I was there before her and had been waiting even longer. I roll down my window and speak to the girl also and told her how long I had been waiting. She of course asked the name on the order, I told her, and she asked me did I check in on the app. I said yes and the app said we will be out shortly I bring the app up on my phone to look at it and it still said the same thing and it was at the correct location. She tells me, that on her end it says I'm ten minutes away! What? No, I'm here and I have been waiting here for over an hour! She tells me my order will be out shortly. I did get my order finally but by the time I got my stuff and got loaded it ended up being 1hr 32 min. That is insane! I could have shopped at least 2 times by then! The point of this long story is, if your store is busy, have enough employees on staff, if you are an employee, and you pass by certain cars over and over and they are still there you stop and ask If they have been checked in and you look up their order. You don't turn your phone off and you don't just rely on an app to do your job because sometimes they are faulty. Walmart's crappy app is beyond the employee's and managements control but making sure you have correct staffing and checking on all the customers is in their control. The last thing to remember is this, if there is a holiday or event or busier than usual day that you notice at your store for pickup, cancel orders and notify the customer the reason. This how you avoid chaotic messes like this one. Oh, and by the way, I was still on hold even as I was getting loaded. A manager never talked with me on the phone.

I am happy that they brought the sewing department back but, trying to get someone to help you is next to impossible. Today was the 3rd time in a short span that I waited for someone, anyone to answer the help page and no one came. So, my question is why bother to have material if no one knows how to cut it?

Update they have started putting 1-3 people on registers and the register stayed backed up because nobody wants to check themselves out when they've got 40 or more items especially groceries. Oh and they're slow I worked registers from the time I was 16 to 20 it shouldn't take but about 2 and 1/2 to 3 minutes to clear a full cart these people are taking 5 minutes to clear half a cart ( also keep in mind whenever I started working registers there was no barcode you had to type that in by the department because some things qualified for EBT and some things didn't). I need self checkout credits or Walmart needs to have someone at the registers. I don't buy groceries from anywhere I got to check things out so they are loosing $9360 in sales a year from me.
