Bad customer service.They do not even know what 1" J channel is.They will just sale u something alce and not return it.The owner dos not care about his customers

Not like the big box stores but much more personal you have someone to talk to and he can answer all your questions.do you not have to walk through a whole store looking for one rep to wait on you. Friendly go to work with
