I went to this station to get gas on Sunday, 6/15 around 4:45pm. I put my card in and it took the $50 typical hold but wouldn't allow me to pump gas. I went to the window where I was told it wasn't their problem and they couldn't do anything about it. I was told it is between the bank and the credit card vending company. They told me to call them back on Monday. Today is Wednesday. I have called daily and the hold has still not been released. No one answers the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail. I had to go to a different gas station on Sunday to get gas. It shouldn't take this long for a hold to be released when it wouldn't even allow me to get gas. I have never had this issue at any other gas station. The hold is always immediately released or at least the next business day. I did contact my bank as well who told me that there is nothing they can do because it has to be handled by the business that has the hold placed.
