Hours should be updated. Showed up at 1230 today to expedite my passport by mail for employment purposes. I had planned accordingly based on the operating hours listed on google. Arrived to a locked door. And now don’t have time to get to another postal location before 1pm. Disappointed and frustrated.

Just moved to Etowah and everyone had been so warm and welcoming even the post office. The new gentleman that Just started working there was so helpful.

Post office is wonderful. Driver that delivers on Eade road needs to get a ticket before he kills someone. He drives way too fast, speed limit is 30, he exceeds that at least by 10 mph and we have kids on the road. He needs to work behind a desk!!!

I sent a large check via certified mail. It never reached its destination. I spent money and endless hours trying to retrieve it. I was told by the P.O. clerk that I could ask the manager for a refund. I asked her for a refund and she turned me down. The moral of the story is that the post office nowadays is unreliable. And certified mail does not mean a hill of beans. It is just a way of the post office making money!

These people know the meaning of personal service! From my mail carrier, Teresa, to Kathy and the other ladies at the counter, they are unfailingly polite and helpful.

The management and staff at this PO are the best we've ever encountered. Super helpful and accommodating when a delivery issue arises. Just great - should get gold stars (or smiley faces at least) next to their names.

The post office is great. Very clean although the shopping strip itself is rundown and unkept. The employees are wonderful and go out of the way to be helpful! They are always friendly and nice!

One of the best post office operations-ever! The facility is always clean and supplies are well-stocked. The counter staff have no equals. They are always fast and professional and friendly. Shipping packages is always a breeze and these post office experts are always happy to offer advice and help out.
