Having issues with my Online Banking and called in to the Fairmont Branch. Glenn Walters answered the phone in a very fine manner and offered to assist me. He was able to take my information down and Robyn Morgan was able to handle my needs. Robyn is always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way. Great way to tag team guys!

I absolutely love banking with Lumbee Bank in Fairmont! The tellers make you feel welcome as you walk in the door (now with Covid, they are glad to serve you at the window as well). If there is a problem with your account, you are immediately informed and can take action. They are always willing to help and go beyond. I could not ask for a better banking relationship than in my hometown of Fairmont. I wish Lumbee Guaranty Bank would expand their services in other counties throughout both Carolinas.
