I was traveling in the area in my air-cooled VW and started having engine issues. Chris was able to see me that day and prioritized me for the next 6 hours. He completely fixed my issue - which was no minor task - and charged me a very reasonable amount. Best VW service I've received in my 20 years of ownership.
